From the page: "Departika News
FlyGuyDesigns.com is Hijacked
As you may know, Dan sells super fresh photoshop brushes at his personal site, Flyguy Designs. In a recent turn of events, his domain has been stolen and hijacked. The hijacker has replaced the payment codes, deleted server files, embedded spam links in the source code and is a down right dirty scumbag. If you purchase a product, you get nothing in return and the scammer just stole your cash. So for the time being, do not download anything from Flyguy Designs until this gets worked out. We are pulling for Danâ€s Host to play nice so he can get control back of the domain. Stay tuned for more info. "

From the page: "The Pathetic Host That is Enom.
Tuesday
05.06.08
Fellow Departikan, Dan Spencer owns and operates a side project named Fly Guy Designs, by which he sells Photoshop brushes and other resources. Recently his site was ambushed and taken hostage by some type of scam system (the porn links in the source code tipped us off) and all of his product earnings are now being delivered directly to the scammer. The original host was GoDaddy, and allowed the transfer to Enom without any verification. Enom refuses to shut the site down even with definitive evidence that the site belongs to Dan and not the porn spreading scam artist.
Seems Enom is notorious for being involved in scamming their clients and working with phishing to hijack websites. Beware of the evil that is Enom.
More to come… "

From the page: "What the Songpull network wants to do with its website is share and promote these songpulls across the web, with videos. As a member of Songpull, you can initiate a songpull yourself. These are events, of course, so others can see when upcoming songpulls are, put their name in the hat, and start working on the music theyâ€ll be playing once they get there. Songpull is looking for a certain format for the videos that will be displayed on its site, but itâ€s still up to the users to create the content themselves. Include an interview from..."

From the page: "SongPull is a new online community for musicians that has just launched. The idea is to use the website to organize a local "SongPull", an event where musicians can gather to play each other a song they've written (preferably something from the past thirty days). You pour some drinks, dim the lights, and capture the whole night with a camcorder then upload each musician's performance onto the SongPull website and create a profile and add any background info on the song itself. Online visitors can then watch, rate, and even embed the performance on their own blogs or websites. And since all musicians are characters, they even have an Outtake section where you can upload those video moments that happen between the songs."
